Founded by Michelle Fulmer, a former teacher turned Registered Nurse and now a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Essentially You was born from a personal journey of healing, transformation, and a deep desire to help others live cleaner, healthier lives.
From classrooms to emergency rooms, Michelle’s path has been anything but ordinary. After experiencing the limitations of conventional medicine firsthand, she turned to holistic health to overcome her own struggles with gut issues, anxiety, and depression. Through research, lifestyle changes, and a commitment to clean living, she found relief—and her true calling.
